A partnership with cultureCrossing will deliver its benefits in actual and applicable knowledge to:

It is my goal to give participants an increased cultural insight and a series of concrete and usable tools for interaction with other cultures. Well equipped with such knowledge participants posses a deeper understanding of new cultures. This offers preparation to act according to the cultural surroundings they find themselves in.
Needs may vary depending on the specific challenges the individual or group is facing. I therefore design all job assignments in collaboration with my customers to ensure maximum satisfaction. Needs and wishes are then apparent to all parties and the end result can be optimized.
Courses are designed to tie real stories and cases together with the underlying theories to make the theory recognizable and usable in real life settings. I draw naturally on my own professional knowledge as well as personal experiences. Additionally I make it my priority to create room for participants own encounters to open up for a fruitful and relevant dialog.
Inspired by the newest research on learning, I complement traditional presentation techniques with active learning methods and other ways of knowledge sharing.
